What You Can Expect From Your Coach

As your coach, here is my commitment to you. It’s not about me, it’s about you. My only objective is to help you help you find solutions that help and enable you to improve, develop and thrive as a leader. 

As your coach, I am committed to the profession of coaching and adhere to the coaching competencies and standards established by the International Coaching Federation. I have completed professional training and certification and actively continue to hone my professional coaching skills and expertise.

As your coach, I use well-established and proven coaching processes and techniques that drive powerful, insightful dialogue that leads to identifying and implementing practical, actionable and sustainable solutions. 

As your coach, I respect you as a person and leader and treat all of our conversations with complete confidentiality.

When we work together, we will follow a four-part process, designed to provide customized solutions for you. 

Step 1: Review

Understand you as a leader and the context in which you lead—a whole leader approach.

Step 2: Identify

Pinpoint the specific area or areas that will have the most impact and provide the most value for you as a leader.

Step 3: Solve

Focus on developing custom solutions to the areas that we identified in Step 2. Solutions that are practical, actionable and sustainable.

Step 4: Evaluate

Measure your progress against desired outcomes.
